First move is a Le Roc Federation dance club, run by Darren & Claire. Established about 6 years ago they operate from one of the best weekly dance venues in the South East, with a very large sprung wooden dance floor, & licensed bar, high ceiling & air conditioned.

15 Mins beginner freestyle
9pm Intermediate class for approx 35 mins
A Beginner Consolidation class is provided in a seperate room at this time
Freestyle dance music for all levels for the rest of the evening

This venue attracts a good 100 plus dancers every week from beginner to advanced dance level. There is an age range of 16 - 70 yrs & there is usually an even gender balance.
Its a great opportunity to have fun & keep fit, so please come along, with or without a partner, and make new friends.
First Move also run various Saturday night dance events, and a selection of master class dance workshops are arranged.
